Request deletion in the App
After signing in to Biyoo, follow this path and complete the identity verification shown on the deletion page:

- Account information
- Delete account
Cannot use the App?
If you cannot sign in or access the App, submit a deletion request through our official support email. Include your Biyoo user ID and the email address or phone number used to verify the account.
Request deletion by emailOfficial email: support@hibiyoo.com. Never send your password, verification code, or third-party login credentials.
Processing time and data scope
After identity verification and any necessary account matters are completed, deletion is expected to be completed within 15 business days.
- Your profile, posts, comments, voice content, and associated data will be deleted or anonymized.
- Data required for legal compliance, transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, and security audits will be retained with restricted access for the necessary period, then deleted or anonymized.
Account deletion normally cannot be reversed, and you will no longer be able to access the account or its content. Before submitting, resolve any pending orders, refunds, subscriptions, or disputes.
